Biblia Chora white - 2014

The bioavailability criteria is grown by Evangelos Gerovassiliou and Vassilis Tsaktsarlis in the small town Kokkinochori in Kavala, the indigenous grape variety Assyrtiko and the international Sauvignon Blanc grape.
This combination results in a wine with fruity aromas of melon and exotic fruits.
The wine is soft and full-bodied.

Vinification
Fermented in stainless steel tanks, no fining or filtration was performed.

Viticulture
The density of the planting is 4.000 plants/ha. All works (pruning, harvest ) are handled by hand.

Tasting Note
Super fresh, a typical Sauvignon nose, with a hint of nettle and lashings of gooseberry and passionfruit. The native Greek variety, Assyrtiko, has imparted citrus aromas and bone-dry minerality to the blend.

Everyday Serving Suggestion
Oysters, seafood, salad.
